Newsletter Terms and Conditions

1. In order to provide interested parties with information about promotions, competitions, events, news and collections of PKL S.A. and Partners belonging to the PKL S.A. Group, i.e.: Kolej Gondolowa Jaworzyna Krynicka S.A., PKL FOOD Sp. z o.o., PKL FOOD Sp. z o.o. sp. k., Tangara IP, PKL S.A.—PKL S.A., provides the “Newsletter” service.
2. The provision of the “Newsletter” service was entrusted by PKL S.A. to Fresh Mail Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Al. 29 Listopada 155 c, 31-406 Kraków.
3. The Controller shall ensure full respect for the privacy of the Subscribers of the “Newsletter” service and protection of their personal data.
4. The use of the “Newsletter” service is voluntary and unlimited.
5. Personal data provided in the registration form are processed by PKL S.A. in a manner consistent with the scope of the granted consent and the requirements of the applicable law.
6. To provide the “Newsletter” service, PKL S.A. requests “name or nickname” and “e-mail address” from interested parties.
7. The “Newsletter” service is provided exclusively to registered persons. To register, perform the following steps:
   1. visit the website http://www.pkl.pl/pkl.html
   2. fill in the registration form correctly by providing your name or pseudonym and the correct e-mail address to which the messages are to be sent,
   3. give your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the provided form,
   4. read the “Newsletter Terms and Conditions” and the “Legal Notice”, and confirm this fact in accordance with the provided form,
   5. click the “Register” button.
8. After the actions specified in point 7 have been performed, an information will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the form, containing a link for confirmation of the request to add your e-mail to the “Newsletter” mailing list.
9. From the moment the above activities are performed, messages containing information about current promotions, competitions, events, news and collections of PKL S.A. and Partners belonging to the PKL S.A. Group will be sent to the registered e-mail account.
10. The user of the “Newsletter” service has the right to resign from the service at any time. Resignation from the service is effected by clicking on the “Resign” link in each e-mail sent as part of the subscription.
11. Deletion of the Subscriber's e-mail address from the “Newsletter” address database is confirmed by a message confirming that the operation has been performed.
12. Resignation from the “Newsletter” service results in deletion of the User's personal data from all personal data sets maintained for the purposes of the “Newsletter”.
13. PKL S.A. shall not be held responsible for blocking of messages sent as part of the “Newsletter” service to the e-mail address provided in the form by e-mail service providers and for deletion and blocking of such messages by any software installed on the user’s device.
