- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing interested parties with information about promotions, contests, events, news, and collections of PKL S.A. as well as Partners belonging to the PKL S.A. Capital Group, including: PKL Solina Sp. z o.o., Kolej Gondolowa Jaworzyna Krynicka S.A., PKL FOOD Sp. z o.o., PKL FOOD Sp. z o.o. sp. k., PKL Horeca Sp. z o.o., and will be made available to these entities within the scope of services provided.
- Personal data will also be shared with partners executing marketing campaigns on behalf of PKL S.A., including FreshMail Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 29 Listopada 155c, 31-406 Kraków, to the extent necessary for the execution of the “Newsletter” service commissioned by PKL S.A.

- The personal data provided in the form will be processed until consent for their processing is withdrawn, which is equivalent to unsubscribing from the “Newsletter” service. In the event of unsubscribing from the service, withdrawing consent, or the Administrator ceasing to provide the “Newsletter” service, the collected personal data will be deleted
